STAFF

At Tiggers we believe that our staff are our greatest asset. We currently have a team of 6staff, all with experience and relevant qualifications and they continue to update their knowledge and skills by attending specialist training courses. We currently have a very high ratio of adults to children (1:6), which is higher than that recommended. Our membership of the Pre-School Learning Alliance ensures that we are constantly in touch with new thinking in the field of child education and care.

In addition, we facilitate a number of placements for students undertaking childcare and other related courses. Those students are, of course, supervised by the staff at all times.

All our staff have been checked by Social Services and the police to ensure that they are fit to care for the children.
